thumb5 10 not so serious reasons why you should use wordpress instead blogger

I ever use both blogger and wordpress, so I have pretty good knowledge about both blog platform.  Everyone should know that choosing the right blog platform is the first thing you must think to start a blog, here I give 10 reasons why you should change from blogger to wordpress (just don’t take it so serious) -

1. As far as I concern none blogger template converted into wordpress, but lot of themes from wordpress converted into blogger template.  Copycat?

2. Wordpress by human, blogger by google.

3. Wordpress logo look way better than blogger.

4. Nobody ask you to change from wrodpress to other platform, but when you use blogger…

5. Blogger dashboard compare to wordpress just like ugly and the beast.

6. When I use blogger I always get this annoying question – you use blogger or blogspot? Wtf?

7. Wordpress is mac, blogger is microsoft.

8. Wordpress is always do what it promise, word.

9. The best cms in the world, that not enough?

10. Because I say so

That the 10 reasons why you should use wordpress instead of blogger don’t take it seriously and leave so many negative comment here, but please do comment about wordpress vs blogger it very interesting discussion though.

Interesting discussion. I have 2-3 month experience on blogger. I personally use it in my early days and I will suggest to use blogger when you don’t have the money or not willing to invest money. You will be much more secure with blogger as it hosted in Google and less likely to get hacked unless someone hacked your email id but if you use blogger then never use Wordpress, not for a single time because you will change your mind instantly.

There is no doubt that for me wordpress is the better blogging platform if you are using a self hosting blog but for the ones that are just starting out with little or no capital then it is obvious that blogger is the choice check my post on famous bloggers.net about what platform to choose

I have never used blogger before, went directly to self hosted WP. I think WP is great as the community is hige and there are many plugins available to enhance your site.

Great comparison, I don’t have experience on blogger because I directly started my blogging with wordpress. You can do a lot with WP like installing plugins and make your blog more attractive to visitors but it’s not possible with Blogger.

I’ve been using blogger to blog, it’s quite flexible and strong enough for blogging. But I will use Wordpress or Joomla for my next blog because I’d love to code, do some more hacks. Nevertheless, I still use blogger for my current blog because I love it and I’ve been learning many blogging, social marketing stuff using this flatform.
